Financial Academy & Technologies is a financial education and consulting company incorporated in Kenya and focusing on East Africa and South Sudan market. We are a registered training and consulting institution by the National Industrial Training Authority (DIT/TRN/788).

Our training and mentoring programs focus on personal potential development through training, coaching and mentorship to individuals, investment groups and corporate employees.

We offer an outstanding training in financial literacy capability development (personal finance management), personal goal and business strategy management and entrepreneurship incubation to individuals and through employer sponsored programs.

We are an outstanding provider of employee career transition programs incorporating managing personal change, managing career transition (career reinvention) and managing personal finances during entry, retrenchment and retirement from formal employment. We offer a carefully designed Personal Finance management, and career planning induction programs for management trainees and Associates.

We also offer customized training and coaching programs for financial services sector in credit skills development for banks, microfinance institutions and Sacco’s. This is supplemented with our consulting services to financial services companies in, banking operations, credit risk management, operational risk management, product development, businesses strategy development, financial and credit risk modeling. We have been recognized by SASRA as a partner in the ongoing Core Sacco reform program.

A financial consultant focusing on financial education, Business Advisory and a personal potential empowerment coach with in-depth experience in commercial banking and corporate finance spanning over 20 years gained from blue chip and local commercial and investment banks in Kenya. He is a chartered banker and certified lender with post graduate training in investment analysis and management. Mr. Wameyo has hands on experience in business analysis, product and business development for financial institutions, consumer and corporate business credit management (including developing policies and procedures) , strategic business Unit leadership and personal finance management training acquired at Standard Chartered and Barclays. His areas of professional strength include developing business strategy development and execution, consulting in credit risk policy review and development, developing strategic and business plans, developing credit and business advisory professionals, training in soft and technical skills.

Erick is an entrepreneurial with hands on experience in helping developing businesses from an idea. His areas of professional strength include financial literacy training, developing business strategy, leadership, and training in soft and technical skills. Until recently Erick was a Financial Literacy educator focusing on Personal Finance Management and Entrepreneurship initially at the Faulu Financial Advisory, and later at Equity Bank Foundation Financial Knowledge for Kenya program, where he acquired a Master Trainer certification. Eric holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Egerton University

The business unit will focus on building financial advisory capability and rejuvenating clients' confidence in the insurance industry through excellent service and competent handling of transactions.

nairobi entrepreneurship incubation centre

Nairobi Entrepreneurship Centre is a non-profit Foundation associated with Financial Academy Group that offer business incubation services. The center focuses on developing young people between the ages of 16 and 30 years from economically disadvantage families in Kenya into business people, in order to break the cycles of poverty that continue to widen the divide between the poor and the wealthy.
